This is simple and delicious, with a touch of sophistication. A grown- up grilled cheese, if you will. This is a very quick meal.
4 Slices any bread- I like When Pigs Fly grain bread or whole wheat
Brie wedge with rind at room temp (needs to be soft for spreadability. I just can’t get on board with spreadable brie for some reason)
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
6 slices prosciutto
This is easy. I don’t think it warrants numbered instructions 😉 Make two sandwiches by spreading brie, half of the apples and 3 slices of prosciutto in each sandwich, grill in a skillet using a little spray olive oil. Enjoy!
