I put this on everything- from grain salads to tofu. The obsession might be just a tiny bit out of control!
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard (Grey Poupon is the best, IMHO)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 clove minced garlic
1. Mix all ingredients together and mix vigorously in a small blender (hand whisk works, as well.). Enjoy!
